I would like to thank you for the way you treated me in the purchase of my new Boss Hoss. You went out of your way to make things easy for me to sell my old Boss Hoss and buy the new one during my recuperation period. The new bike is even better than I ever expected.

You also were willing to go the extra mile to install some of the extras that I wanted. Indeed, some of the extras were even at your suggestion, such as the Arlen Ness taillight and the Kuryakyn Lizard Lights. Both have resulted in a very unique look that everyone admires.

Although there have been a few very minor problems, you did not hesitate to correct them promptly. You were able to work around my schedule and accommodate me in a very comfortable way.

Since the purchase of my Boss Hoss, I have recommended Big Daddy Choppers to several others looking for Boss Hoss’s as well as other bikes. I don’t hesitate to tell them of your helpful nature.

There is a phrase that I’ve heard that seems to fit you perfectly. It may not be proper English, but “You’re easy to do business with”. For that reason, I am looking forward to a continuing partnership with you in the process of enjoying my Boss Hoss.
